Lufapak <-> Billbee Interface ConnectorE Commerce Fulfillment has never been easier. The combination of the modern cloud merchandise management system Billbee and our professional warehouse management system (Lossy) offers merchants the opportunity to fully concentrate on sales.
Your logistics will be handled by Lufapak, from incoming goods, storage, outgoing goods, set composition to returns handling. You can leave all this to your professional fullfiller.
Your Billbee system and the Lufapak system communicate with each other and exchange all important information without manual intervention. The frequency of the transmissions can be set individually.
Automated data transfer in the background – Billbee meets Lufapak
Item master data:
At the beginning of the cooperation, an item master with the basic logistical information is required. Designation, weight and dimensions etc. are later automatically transferred from the store system.
If data is collected by Lufapak (e.g. dimensions and weights), it will be sent to the store.
Thus, you also have better and more accurate product data through us and thus also optimize your store.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP):
Your inventory at Lufapak is reported to Billbee’s cloud inventory management and updated automatically. So you always have the available stock in your stores.
Stocks are transmitted from Lossy to the customer (Stock Report). This lists the complete stocks (including blocked stock and reserved stock). This is sent once at the end of the day.
Orders (order management):
Customer orders placed in your store, where payments are monitored by Billbee and sent to Lufapak after payment, are packed and shipped without you having to take action.
Transport coordination is handled by Lufapak and you benefit from the transport prices of a major customer. Lufapak also takes care of the transport cost control and only invoices you for the transports at the end of the inspection.
Important: Via Billbee you have immediately all tracking numbers available to send to your customers.
In addition, Lufapak can provide you with a daily shipping report. Here all order information about the shipment is summarized.
Once set up, Billbee and our Lossy fulfillment software run completely automatically in the background. We have thus automatically combined the complexity of our ecommerce warehouse and the service as a fulfillment service provider.
